Michele R. Parrish was born in Blythewood, South Carolina, in 1987. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina in 2012 and Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2016. While in law school, she was a Research Assistant to Professor F. Ladson Boyle.

Michele joined Setzler & Scott, P.A. as an associate in February 2017.  Michele became a partner in the firm in 2021.

Her practices covers the Midlands of South Carolina, particularly Lexington, Richland, Calhoun, Aiken, Saluda, Newberry and Orangeburg Counties.
